I am an administrator in Curriculum & Instruction at Columbia University, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University. I also sit on the Board of the American Academy of Religion. I am the Editor of Religion & Education. My writing has appeared in edited volumes, scholarly periodicals, and popular journals. Read on if you’d like to know more!

Brief Vita

It is my privilege to have served a number of world-class institutions, including:

Columbia University,
In various roles, most recently Associate Director of Instructional Design and Operations

I design courses for various programs and initiatives. I also help faculty and programs navigate Columbia’s academic policies.
Since 2016 as an Instructional Designer. I was promoted to Senior Instructional Designer in 2021. I was promoted to the Associate Director role in 2022.

New York University,
As an Adjunct Assistant Professor

I teach writing courses for the incredible students in the Master of Science in Professional Writing.
Since 2017 as an Adjunct Instructor. I was promoted to Adjunct Assistant Professor in 2021.

As an Operations Consultant

Including: The Hispanic Summer Program, the Manhattan School of Music, and Union Theological Seminary in NYC.
I manage(d) special projects dealing with technology, shared services, online learning, and facilities.
